We catered a wedding in Joshua tree for a company based in Scottsdale Arizona and worl anytime this company has a jo in the area. We checked on the guests to verify satisfaction with meals. Carried around long wooden plates of appetizers with napkins why guests were arriving from wedding ceremony until the main course.
