Excellent customer service: Working as a pre-reg and healthcare assistant involved answering several of the enquiries and meeting customer demands which has significantly improved customer skills. There has been number of times while working at boots when customers answered surveys and listed my name for good customer service.

My main responsibilities as a pre-registration pharmacist involved responding to the symptoms in the pharmacy, dispensing prescriptions, resolving prescription queries, managing FP10MDA scripts (for drug addiction treatment), pro-actively assisting customers to get maximum benefits from their treatment through appropriate counseling, stock management, organizing staff training and development, progressing through GPhc syllabus for registration exam, developing managerial skills by ensuring safe and effective running of the pharmacy and by managing audit book.

Working with formulated action plans and structured training for eight weeks in busy local Boots store included working in the dispensary, assisting customers with over the counter medicines, patient counseling, stock checking and ordering new stock in the dispensary, collecting evidence, completing work books, e-learning and sitting e-tests.
Working with formulated action plans devised and completed a customer survey about the Free Repeat Prescription Service (FRPS) offered by the pharmacy.
