08/1999 to 11/2018 Senior Kiosk Programmer Cke Restaurants | Antioch, TN,
  • Played key role in creating financial solutions customized to the specific needs of each financial institution.
  • More than 19 years developing applications using biometrics, including facial recognition software and fingerprint scanners.
  • Creation and maintenance of financial systems that include every function available in financial branches: account balance and history information, deposit, check cashing, cash and check withdrawal, and changing bills.

  • Created and implemented plans to train credit union staff in all aspects of the kiosk system.
  • Wrote and maintained multiple user manuals for both experienced IT staff as well as branch tellers who had little computer knowledge.

  • Designed and wrote a customization application that enabled us to move from over 30 project files to one project file that used database tables and INI files to handle all customizable aspects such as colors and logos, transaction availability, and preferred wording.
  • Planned and oversaw the migration of the entire system from Paradox to Interbase. Wrote a conversion application to transfer Paradox tables into updated Interbase tables that included many additional fields and data changes.
