Worked closely with plastics, understanding and meticulously performing color changes as I led a team of Individuals who were in daily routines working with color resins/pellets to properly attain the correct color specification based on the customer requests per product. In every case the resin color pellets were needed to be specified to the exact amount of input to the injection mold to properly give the exact color wanted by the customer. Those numbers were recorded for future product use. In other cases, I needed to quantitatively adjust the color pellets inside the injection mold to adjust to the correct color of the customers specifications.
