Filling the live-in position of a Superintendent/Handyman can be a daunting task.The position requires someone who has vast experience, who is proficient in the following task and cares about the job. With having several years experience as a superintendent in a luxury condominium which i currently hold, four years also 32B&J unionized and a number of years Handyman/porter/doorman I strongly believe I have the qualities to meet the many demands associated with this current position. properties which makes me quite versatile as far
as work experience is concerned. I have a strong understanding of residential buildings systems from Blueprints,
electrical
equipment, mechanical layouts, and plumbing, I can work on most projects with great precision and accuracy. Installing preventive maintenance systems to a building is my specialty as I possess extensive maintenance knowledge
from pre-war buildings to newly constructed where. With great
knowledge of performing upgrades and renovations, I am a class apart in whatever project I take up and I know that this is
