Global Staffing Project Leader :

Project Lead on a companywide multi-functional project team focused on supporting the multiple work streams impacting workforce planning at ADP.

  • Project had seven sub teams supporting this effort with 50 associates working on behalf of the project.
  • This work stream was focused on reducing ADPs Real Estate foot print to save $25 million over a 3-5-year period.
  • Successfully lead the Human Resources build out of ADPs new location in Manila, Philippines. This included ADP consulting on; compensation, benefits, policies, training, staffing and on-boarding.
  • Supported the business units as a Talent Acquisition liaison as they prepared to begin recruitment in Manila.
  • Collaborated with Corporate Re-location to build an Ambassador Program for ADP associates on short term overseas assignments.
  • Developed gold standard communications templates and plans to support the people and work movement that resulted from Corporate Real Estate transition.
  • Supporting member of the Governance Team that built the infra-structure and process mapping to support ADPs WorkPlace Solutions strategy.
