Currently doing church revitalization as a AG U.S. Missionary and senior pastor. Preaching and Bible studies are being done on a weekly basis. Monthly or bimonthly board meetings are held. As an AG U.S. Missionary: Taught Theology, Bible and Hermeneutic courses to students ranging from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year. Developed and supervised five student ministries and assigned student leaders to each ministry. Mentored students often outside of classroom and during student ministry activities.
As an AG U.S. Missionary: Taught Theology, Bible and Hermeneutic courses at the institute and Bachelor degree levels. Helped develop the resident program (Associate and Bachelor degree level). Assisted in obtaining the endorsement from the Assemblies of God Christian Higher Education office for Colegio Teológico del Caribe A/D. Assigned and supervised students duties around the campus. Conducted theological forums to enhance students' understanding of Pentecostal and practical theology. Created and developed student ministries for resident students. Oversaw the finances of the college. Coordinated MAPS construction groups that came from various churches from the U.S. to help remodel existing buildings and construct the new addition - library and cafeteria.
