01/2015 to 01/2015 Region 8 Honor Band VMEA | City, , I was first chair Tuba player in the Region 8 middle school honor band.When participating, students must learn how to adapt to a new conductor and learn high levels of music in a short period of time.

01/2016 to 01/2016 Region 8 Honor Band VMEA | City, , I was Second chair Tuba player in the Region 8 High school concert band. Participants exhibit their musicality, attention, problem solving skills, and learning ability.
01/2017 to 01/2017 Region 8 Honor Band VMEA | City, , I was second chair Tuba player in the Region 8 high school symphonic band and an All-State audition qualifier. During this time, each student exhibits their musical, attention, problem solving, and learning ability. We worked with composer Brian Balmages on things such as artistry and conveying feeling through music.
11/2016 to 2017 Parade of Roses Honor band Music For All/ Bands Of America | City, STATE, I was hand selected out of hundreds of auditions to participate with the Bands of America Honors Marching Band. During this period, participants had to exhibit high levels of musical and marching ability, quick retention skills, and focusing abilities to learn and execute five pieces as musically and technical as possible, so that the group could perform at Disneyland, Band fest, and the Parade of Roses. 

2017 to 2017 CNU Honors Wind Ensemble Christopher Newport University | City, STATE, After a vigorous audition, I was placed in first chair principle of the CNU honors wind ensemble. We worked with Tobias Mahl from Germany who was still developing skills in the English language. Everyone in the ensemble had to carry large amounts of focus throughout the whole experience.
to Camp wind ensemble Principle University Of Virginia | City, STATE, After being auditioned for placement in the top of the two camp ensembles, I was ranked first of the tubas in the wind ensemble. We studied advanced repertoire, such as Second Suite in F, and practiced intensively along side university students.
03/2015 to 04/2016 All City Jazz Hampton City Schools | City, STATE, Hampton All-City jazz was an ensemble made up of some of the best musicians in the city. We worked extensively on skills such as swing and improvisation and met once a week for rehearsals and played . The group performed at various public places and events such as The Hampton Convention Center for the Hampton City Schools visual arts exhibit.
08/2015 to 05/2016 Best Overall Musician Spratley Gifted Center | City, STATE, The best overall musicians in the band are two people, one voted in by students and one selected by the director, who are responsible for helping the director with tough choices like concert music selection and proposing activities like public performances. A major responsibility was to lead by example through playing and practicing.
