I have implemented district- wide data procedures, implemented benchmark assessments used for vertical articulation and a part of the Western Associations of School and Colleges(WASC). As a member of WASC, I have had the opportunity to visit schools and be a part of the accreditation process.
As an educational leader, I pride myself as a team member, a team leader, goal orientated and a relationship builder. I have been told that I am reliable, positive, a strong communicator, approachable and an effective leader. My goal as a leader is to promote a work environment that is goal oriented, strategically planned and celebrates success and accomplishments. My leadership philosophy is to be positive, data-driven, well-rounded, problem solver, and strong communicator. I have a strong work ethic and pride myself on mentoring and inspiring others to not only succeed as educators, but in their personal aspirations as well. I know I possess the qualifications that you are seeking with this position.
