Works as a team member to facilitate Pre-Admission Testing nurse and other field clinician needs including, but not limited to, additional clinical documentation, lab and other diagnostic/procedure information that may directly affect the patients Plan of Care. Response to these requests will completed timely, efficiently and accurately.
