While working at Pasqaules starting August of 2004, I was an instrumental part in the restaurants growth and expansion. I helped the owner Scott Bazzano build his business from a small pizzeria which seated sixteen customers, into very successful restaurant and sports bar that seats one hundred and fifty. With a separate building and kitchen for take out and delivery. While doing so I moved from position of cook to assistant manager and then manager. Under my leadership the restaurant continued to grow into a business that did over 2.6 million in net revenue in 2012, my final full year of management.
