As a panel builder, I fabricated and wired industrial control panels. I frequently worked with Allen Bradley PLC's, GDU's, VFD's, motor starters, and a number of other industrial controls components. I was also required to go to different facilities and troubleshoot existing control panels and was responsible to integrate with new systems.

As an engineering manager, I supervised the designs of distribution center control systems. I frequently traveled to various jobsites and audited the existing systems to plan the best way to integrate with newer systems. I used AutoCAD Electrical to do the designs for industrial control panels. I oversaw the engineering process from start to finish from motor FLA calculations to designing the ESTOP circuits and the PLC I/o.

As a project manager I coordinate work between several different trades, put together bid packages, draft and review sub contract agreements, generate schedules and run electrical crews to complete the installation of industrial systems in an efficient and timely manner.
