I ensure compliance for the company for all purposes under RESA. These duties include documenting that the company and its agents are properly licensed and in compliance with all continued education requirements. Managed a team of 15 real estate sales, contractors, support staff and college interns. Accountable for daily marketing operations. Efficiently communicated with buyers and sellers, title personnel, mortgage loan officers, attorneys and other agents in the process of home buying and selling. Generated new business through internal engineered lead referral system. Strengthened company's business by leading a cross-training system that included licensing real estate agents as mortgage brokers and new construction project managers, resulting in an 50% increase in sales. I developed and operationalized strategies that included daily checklist to ensure compliance with state contract law and fair housing laws. I initiated in house appraisal, law and continuing education courses resulting in an estimated 200 non -affiliated new licensees.
Developed a strategic business plan aimed at investor funding for new home development. Conducted 75% of land acquisition and development analysis and evaluation for strip mall and residential condominium units. I was accountable for marketing plans and specs for each product line. I ensured the company was in compliance with all zoning and ordinance laws. I had direct interaction with lenders, customers and government agencies. I was in charge of 60 plus adult learners for Pre-license and continuing education in Real Estate Law, Real Estate Finance, Principles and Practice, Appraisal, Fair Housing, Ethics and Increase Profitability. Created a course curriculum that enforced internal motivating techniques and enhanced critical thinking. I had to design and implement teaching strategies that would meet course objectives. I was in charge of writing on-line real estate courses which also included writing course materials and test for other states such as New York.
