Other duties included the development of a person-centered culture within the community, creating an effective volunteer and intergenerational program that enhanced the community's multicultural program and provided leadership in the role of the Administrator on Duty. Additional responsibilities included the development of budgets, requisitions and purchase of capital equipment, driving community transportation vehicle and maintaining its proper function.
