Each leader gains the courage to execute their actions through different sources of encouragement, and personally, mine comes from easing the struggle for those surrounding me as much as I can. Having a sense of power and control is not a privilege everyone has: one must use their influence to help ease the struggles for those surrounding them when given the opportunity. My best work comes when working with those around me as I attempt to keep everyone engaged and enthusiastic.
