Work with children affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder with a variety of special needs. Implement individualized educational and behavioral programs, including: direct 1:1 therapy service, development of new academic, behavioral, social and daily living skills, and effective response to difficult or disruptive behaviors. Interact with the child and family, recording behavior data from client interaction and collaborate with Clinical Supervisor and BCBA.
• Conduct initial clinical assessments / future reassessments of the client as dictated and approved by the individual finding source and under the supervision of the Clinical Director.
• Assist in developing behavioral goals and program development in the application of treatment plans appropriate for the client/family’s individual goals.
• Discuss treatment plans and goals with caregivers while obtaining consent and “buy-in” from caregivers.
• Produce timely and accurate assessment, discharge, and progress reports to reflect the treatment plan for the client for the client's electronic record, caregivers, and payer.
• Provide ABA services and supervision to clients at the clinically appropriate frequency, duration, and intensity agreed upon in the service agreement and approved by the individual funding source in the center, home, school, and/or community settings.
• Employ various behavioral analysis competencies including Functional Behavior Assessments, among others.
• Complete timely and accurate behavior data collection notes, learning trees, and timesheets, that consistently and accurately monitor the behavior learning progress, using Central Reach.
• Supervise and direct paraprofessional personnel in their ABA services to clients, and their role within the company.
• Provide training and supervision to Paraprofessionals.
• Assist in providing parent, teacher, and staff training on the principles of ABA and behavior modification specific to the client/family’s individual goals.
• Consult, collaborate, and coordinate care with parents, schools, daycare, and team members as needed.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Authorization Department to ensure that clients have received proper authorizations for treatment through regular and detailed communications regarding clinical service authorizations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all client information to all and maintain all information within the guidelines & regulations of HIPAA.
• Use electronic-based tools, including Microsoft Office, email, supervisor level HRIS system, Electronic Medical Record system, and web conference platforms.
• Travel to client homes, schools, or client community settings as required to deliver services.
Oversee all aspects of general office coordination. Interact with clients, vendors and visitors. Perform general clerical duties-typing, copying, faxing, mailing, filing, and answering phones. Collect and maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies. Arrange shipment of computer mainframes. Support staff in assigned project-based work.
Ship computer equipment to various companies and brokers. Pay all shipping expenses and invoices. Keep track of inventory. Provide office support to co-workers, answer phones, type letters, etc.
Unload money from the armored truck and place it into the vault. Wrap all coins of all denominations, box, and place on shelf in the vault. Also, count all paper money of all denominations, wrap and place on shelf in vault.
