While working at United Airlines for seven years, I became skilled in multi-tasking and coordinating the work of others in a demanding, high-stress atmosphere. This was accomplished in an environment where safety was critical. I was also a high-energy Customer Service Agent skilled in conflict resolution through proactive communication.
While working as a volunteer at Children's Hospital, I worked with children ranging in age from infant to late teens. I spent time building relationships with them and their family, specifically their siblings. I aided in showing the necessary involvement of the family unit in the care and recovery of their child.
