I was in the U.S. Navy for 6 years as a Aviation Support Equipment Technician. During this time I served my command as a CFL "Command Fitness Leader" ensuring that my fellow sailors met the Navy's Physical and Health Standards. I designed and lead boot camps and physical training schedules in my division. I had a 90 percent passing rating at FRC North Islands 900 division. I also ran the FEP " Fitness Enhancement Program" helping injured and over weight sailors rehab from there injuries and meet the BMI standards of the Navy.
