• Matched DISH's core competencies with the capabilities of equipment, software, and installation partners to build a managed Wi-Fi with streaming TV program to provide a better resident experience, a better owner/manager experience and the power to accurately predict profitability on every contract.
• Designed and templatized sales pitch, site survey, statement of work, bill of materials, financial model, proposal document, and contract to streamline and scale initiative
• Coordinated internal operational support for internet service, from sales process to supply chain to project management to call center support
• Developed relationships with multifamily community developers, owners, managers, consultants, and attorneys, generating contracts with revenues over $500,000
• Led takeover of internet and TV service from a bankrupt partner at 12 multifamily communities, coordinating communication and cutover with owners, managers, residents, and internal DISH cross-functional teams
• Researched potential markets, analyzed financial models, examined DISH's core competencies, and created a marketing and sales plan to provide internet and TV solutions to more multifamily communities
• Reviewed and provided various marketing and sales strategy support to DISH TV sales in hotels, student housing, condominiums, apartments, bars, restaurants, airlines, airports, prisons, and oil rigs
• Recruited new partners for DISH, generating $15M+ annual revenue
• Led small team in the development, support, training and change management of switching to Salesforce.com as the platform DISH Business uses as the source of truth for sales activity, relationship management, contracts, change and problem tickets, and billing
• Negotiated renewal of salesforce.com for 100 department member and 165 partner licenses and the purchase of Apttus and Adobe EchoSign to generate and e-sign contracts seamlessly
• Optimized routing of leads from our call centers/websites to internal sales and partners based on location, type of business, and size of opportunity
• Analyzed DISH's go-to-market strategy in apartments and condominiums, recommended prioritizing profitable sales channel and new minimum credit scores
• Recommended building a high-speed internet service to compete with cable and telco companies
