Previously RTOSULLIVANS, The Australian is my most recent place of work. While working at The Australian, I was asked to continue doing scheduling and inventory. I managed one day a week and balanced all tills, settled all credit card reports, kept track of sales, opened the restaurant, and programmed the 60+ T.V.s . I have dedicated all of my time to providing excellent customer service and the regulars I created at the previous sports bar have been loyal to me. I created a drink menu for the Australian as well.
Started out as a server and was promoted to bartender when I turned 21. In the 5 1/2 years I was employed with RTOSULLIVANS I was promoted to lead bartender and eventually was asked to be bar manager. I handled scheduling, inventory, interviewing, and liquor ordering. I was part of a team who strove to provide excellent customer service and created outstanding guest relations with patrons. I was very happy working for this high volume sports bar, but sadly the owner decided to sell it in March, 2013.
