President of L'Arche Club / 2017-2018
- I helped run a volunteer based club at my high school in which I worked with people with and without mental/physical disabilities in which we fostered a welcoming an open environment through different activities such as weeding, helping make handmade paper, watering, or helping sell at farmers' markets or craft shows. I was also involved in this club for all 4 years of high school
Assistant Academic Chairman / 2018-2019
- Some of my responsibilities in this position is using being comfortable with open communication between my chapter members when it comes to their academic success/confidence in their academic success and also being conformable with using excel spreadsheet
Reference Chairman / 2019-2020
- My responsibility was to contribute to a positive recruitment environment. It was my job to collet, process, and organize references letters submitted by the chapter and it's alumni. As a member of the Membership Selection Committee I was responsible for keeping note on the voting process, positive and negative comments, as well as the overall score given by the collegiate members during recruitment. It was important that I stay informed about Panhellenic politics and procedures as well as Tri Delta and Theta Tau bylaws. All of this was necessary for MSC to make important decisions in order to invite the very best women to become members of our chapter
Vice President of Membership Experience/ Current
- It is my responsibility of the vice president/membership experience (VPME) to coordinate all education, logistics and implementation of chapter recruitment efforts. I oversee all initiatives to engage the entire chapter and uphold all Tri Delta ideals during recruitment efforts and during the collegiate membership in Tri Delta – from the new member period through becoming alumnae. I serve at the VP of the Membership Experience Team, my standing committees include executive committee and chair of membership selection committee (MSC), work directly with the Alumna advisor (AA) and/or membership experience advisor (MEA) and I also serve on the retention committee and Selection committee
