Package Handler, 02/2020 to Current UPS – Atlanta, GA
Warehouse Clerk, 11/2017 to 12/2019 Miami BOP – Miami, FL
My duties consisted of ordering all goods needed for weekly operations to feed 400 people three times per day, receiving all
incoming inventory on the dock and moving it by the pallets to the storage area, keeping accurate records of food inventory
in the dry stock area, comparing each order to the actual inventory received and reporting any differences immediately,
arranging goods on a weekly basis in 'first-in-first-out' order to assure that older goods are used first, accounting for
inventory changes throughout the week as goods were used, and pulling for the daily needs every morning, keeping the
stockroom clean and neat as well as assuring that the inventory placement is compliant with safety rules and otherwise
compliant with food regulations.
Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Clerk/ Forklift Operator, 10/2016 to 11/2017 UNICOR – Atlanta, GA
Processed all incoming goods (bundles of 50 to 125 lbs.
Of compressed cotton fibers, 300 to 700 lb.
Packages of metal bed
springs, truck loads of industrial sized rolls of memory foam, industrial sized rolls of plastic, trailer loads of wood pallets,
trailer loads of fabrics, etc.), operated forklifts to help unload the trucks as well as loading goods onto pallets and forklifts at
From the time the goods enter the facility, I input them into SAP software to account for what was received as compared to
what was ordered and notified a supervisor of shortages or any differences in the goods that arrived.
After everything is
logged into the system , I used SAP to move inventory in the system to assure that it was sent to the proper locations for
production needs and often assisted through physically lifting products and by operating a forklift as well to move goods
from the temporary storage locations to the initial 'production process staging' areas and I used SAP to track all goods
through the facility starting with the arrival to the storage process up until the production phase begins and is completed
and finally the delivery of goods to trucks for delivery to customers takes place.
Once goods were shipped via Fed X or 18
wheeler tractor trailer, I then processed the orders out of the 'production phase' to the 'completed order phase' so that the
accounts would be forwarded to accounts receivable.
I was also responsible for managing space for all goods in pre and
post production phase and handled all SAP program processes in between.
I also transferred information from SAP layouts
over to Microsoft spreadsheets so that management could quickly and easily view all pertinent data.
I also prepared all Bill
of Ladens, Fed X forms and 1611's ( paperwork to prepare containers to be shipped internationally) and all other paper
work needed to ship goods through transport nationally and internationally.
Finance Manager/Sales Manager, 10/2002 to 10/2007 Galaxy Acceptance & Automotive – Decatur, GA
My duties consisted of sales and overseeing all loan applications and all else in between that comprised daily operations,
which consisted of everything from following leads and referrals, taking applications of potential customers, determining
which institutions to submit applications to in order to get the best financial results for the company, communicating with
financial institutions in order to get better deals on approvals, following though with all deals until the checks were in the
The duties also covered processing all proper documents for approving financial institution, closing all deals with
customers and explaining all documents in order to assure all disclosures were made and understood.
My duties aslo
included handling all advertising decisions, sometimes participating in the auction purchases, making sure that all vehicles
checked out in a timely manner so that they could be returned to the auction if not, and also assuring that all procedures
and the sells floor were inline with all regulations.
My quota for each month was a minimum of 30 fully funded deals per month.
Of the time that I held this position, I only
failed to have that quota met under my supervision once.
Every other time, my quotas were exceeded.
