  • I met with patrons and delivery personnel as well as personally driving and mapping out potential delivery line of travel options.

  • Employee Development During my visits and consultations with many post offices in New England I found that unlike many national businesses each office functioned differently without consistent operations and methods many of them less efficient as they could be.
  • I researched USPS manuals and reference material for proper methods from headquarters.
  • Some were left to district level interpretation so I took the initiative to develop a "District Guidebook" and electronic slideshow for postal operations.
  • I messaged this data to all 554 postoffices within the three state district then followed up with hands on webinars and office visits to help explain and instill these guidelines with employees.
  • The results were astounding and well received by all managers in the field as well as executive managers.
  • The district began operating more as a team rather than each office left alone to interpret broad regulations.
