SUPERVISING APPRAISER
Professional Summary

The years of experience in the field of Real Estate Appraising has prepared my for outstanding customer service through the lesson of the importance of detail, no matter how small or insignificant a task might appear.

Even the smallest misspellings might appear insignificant, however it creates an issue of doubt within a customer's perception of a company, service, or product.

Systems need to be reviewed from time to time; for efficiency, and functionality. A quick example would be for one to call their own voicemail to see if the message is functioning; can it be made more efficient, so the caller spends the least amount of time listening, with the assurance the caller has reached the correct party.

Skills
  • Although I have an extensive background in real estate appraisal, I believe my strongest trait is my willingness to learn.
  • While having the skill to supervise, I believe it is most important to learn from others, first to understand, and then be understood.
  • Having my own business as well as my time as a Supervisor in the Monterey County Assessor's Office as taught me patience, listening skills, and the ability to put myself in someone else's position to see issues from their point of view.
