4 years Culinary Arts training course. As students we ran a small restaurant in Pioneer High school for school staff. We were trained in all aspects of food and hospitality service. Including baking, cooking, prep cooking, proper food handling and storage. Proper sanitation and dangers of cross contamination. Proper use of cook knife, meat slicer, tilt skillet and VCM.
