Responsible for signing off and maintaining accountability over $1 million worth of property, oversee equipment maintenance and readiness. GC Services Answer incoming telephone calls for Apple products any additional products added to the Call Center. Provide accurate information about client products and services to the caller and educate callers on how to use client products. Provide call completion and alternate billing methods for the customer. Handle customer calls, despite the degree of difficulty. Provided excellent quality customer service. Work closely with low-income, multi-ethnic clientele and children. Feburary 2014-Present Coordinates, facilitates, and provides case management for youth age 7 to 18. Provides case management sessions on at least a monthly basis. Oversees the Youth Services Representative position which provides activities for youth. This position is responsible for the IGNITE program for youth at the YWCA TLC that works to connect disconnected youth to out of school activities. This positions plans monthly outings for youth. This position will be certified to drive the YWCA van to transport youth. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of assessment and intervention methods relating to substance abuse, domestic violence, youth at risk, and homeless issues preferred. Must be able to meet varied work schedule to meet the needs of the TLC, including serving as TLC supervisor 'on call' on a rotational basis. Must be skilled and respectful in working with people of diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. Must have ability to be objective but caring when dealing with problems of others. Must be flexible, creative and willing to accept newassignments as program develops and adapt to time and funding level changes. Excellent verbal/written communication and crisis intervention skills required. Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks at same time and work under pressure, with continual interruptions. Must be able to work independently and autonomously. Must be able to solve problems and make sound judgments and decisions. Bilingual capabilities in English/Spanish preferred.
