High performing Store Manager with extensive experience in retail management, sales and merchandising is seeking a multi- store manager position.
Travel to focus stores: Cincinnati/ Columbus. Work with Store Managers/Assistant Managers on driving sales and profit to help impact the District. Ensure company initiatives are achieved. Focus has been on talent, effective training, floor managing and selling behaviors in each zone. Weekly touch bases with Store Managers to review and analyze business. Weekly conference calls to review district planning and execution of sales, operations and merchandising. Supports Outreach efforts for Midwest Region and District.
Responsible for maximizing the customer experience through team's vibrant spirit ensuring every woman is made to feel beautiful. Hires and develops top talent, scheduling them to leverage payroll and control expenses. Grows relationships with customers through Outreach program and promoting business. Increases sales and profit by goal setting and holding team accountable. Ensures all floor sets are complete and store is visually exciting.
Managed 8 million in volume for Womens Division and 40 employees. Was responsible for buying merchandise, controlling budget and increasing profit. Supported district with buying direction and company roll outs. Hired and trained sales associates to customer service standards. Managed daily operations of store and visual presentations. Completed basic assortment plans and floor sets.
