Served as a UH-60L/M Blackhawk Aviation Standardization Officer and senior warrant officer assigned to 101st Combat Aviation Brigade. Responsible for managing the Commander's Aircrew Training Program (ATP) for 28 Pilots and 20 Crew Chiefs. Served as a Standardization Pilot (SP), Instrument Examiner (IE), Air Mission Commander (AMC), and Mission Briefing Officer (MBO). Responsible for achieving, maintaining, and teaching the highest state of readiness in a wide variety of missions under day, night, night vision goggle (NVG), and instrument meteorological conditions (IMC). Responsible for training junior officers and warrant officers to become pilots-in-command and air mission commanders.
