  • Oversee and produce all aspects of photo shoots from concept to execution; including online base production, Outlet, Social/ PR, and campaign photo & video productions.
  • Source and negotiate rates for all photographers, crew, talent, travel, and post production; including location search, hotel arrangements, permits appropriate for the production.
  • Continually searches and contacts locations globally for potential photo shoot locations.
  • Manage annual brand creative budgets collectively of $7.3 Million +.
  • Provides creative input on locations that tie into the concepts while providing creative solutions on maximizing the locations flexibility to provide diversity of looks within the mailer and web.
  • Responsible for managing monthly campaign invoices.
  • Partners with AP/finance for payment reconciliation of all invoices, fees and expense reports associated with all photo shoots.
  • Oversees all talent sourcing, rate negotiation and bookings of all outside talent involved in campaign shoots and small special projects as needed.
  • Performs an outside casting twice a year over a two-day period; seasonal search for the best talent, based on the brand aesthetic.
  • Created and manages a talent and location reference library, cataloging various creative talent and photo shoot locations.
  • Hires freelance production assistants to work in office and on shoots when needed.
  • Creates and maintains photo shoot calendars for each brand and manages photo shoot timelines.
  • Negotiated a $27million photo studio contract ($9million over 3/years).

  • The RFP also reset the overall relationship with the current vendor, creating a better partnership that is also driving stronger creativity together.
