SR. BRANCH MANAGER
Summary
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think critically and analytically with superior decision making capability. Results oriented, high energy, and competitive spirit. Well organized, 50 WPM, and computer savvy. When I first interviewed for the Service Representative position with Liberty Mutual, I was so excited about the opportunities I would have as a college student. In the interview I was informed about the many training programs and how Liberty Mutual was voted as one of the best companies for college students and graduates to launch their career. I became interested in the commercial markets after doing extensive research about the different career avenues at Liberty Mutual. I was excited to see the internal posting of the Commercial Underwriting Training Program. My undergraduate is in Communication Studies, which gave me the knowledge on the importance of all aspects of communication. I give credit to my college studies for my excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outside of my school studies, I spent a full day job shadowing the Commercial Underwriting Department for National Accounts here at Liberty Mutual. This job shadowing experience has allowed me to see first hand what it would be like to become a Commercial Underwriter. I feel confident that I would be successful in the exams for the CPCU, as I was just recently awarded my CISR designation after passing 5 exams. I know the CPCU exams are much more intensive than CISR exams, but as a full-time college student and full-time employee, I am used to hard work. I am a good candidate for the training program because I am ambitious and ready to learn. My relevant skills are writing, verbal communication, analytics, math, and customer service. I am a current Liberty Mutual employee who believes in LM promotes from within philosophy. I have enclosed my résumé, which will detail more of my education and experience. I would appreciate the chance to meet with you at your convenience to discuss my application. I can be contacted by phone at (248) 722-3389 @gmail.com. I am excited to see what my future holds with Liberty Mutual. Hope to hear from you soon.
