Scope of project consisted of consultation of space planning, adjacency matrix and furniture re-use.
Further decorative detailing is as follows; final painting and wall papering, conversion to tile kitchen backsplashes, refinishing of floors, addition of light fixtures (can & sconce), hardware replacement, and any other cosmetic touch-ups.
Consultation for possible replacement of appliances, doors and windows for energy efficiency were created along with evaluation and inspection of washer, dryer, furnace, water heater and air conditioner.

Rehabilitation tasks for possible bid and contracting of painting, patch, tape, and drywall were completed.
Research and selections for replacing windows required new windows to be of a style that matches the original.

Scope of project consisted of rehabilitation of segmented kitchen, dining room, living room and bedrooms.
Consultations and floor plans of removing wall portions to connect different spaces, expand certain rooms, and add bathrooms or walk-in closets were completed.
Any structural work such as this required outside consultation with an architect and/or structural engineer to be obtained by the client.

1998 5 months) Scope of project was to carry out the design for a complete fit out for a client that intends to take the lease on the entire fourth floor space of a six story high block.
Consultations consisted of the research and presentation of the proposals for an art gallery & museum and small office spaces.
Presentation and materials boards were created along with scale model, floor plans, elevation & perspective views.
Written proposals of this research were executed to show that multiple available solutions meeting all clients demands were met, while satisfying the existing building standards, emphasizing that great importance must be given to the continually changing needs of those working in the office.
