7.Takes appropriate action (including disciplinary action) when adequate safety measures have not been established and enforced.
8.Ensures accidents and incidents (including “near-miss”) are reported and investigated in accordance with Company policy. Personally accompanies OSHA and other regulatory agency personnel during their project site visits.
9.Contacts Safety Department when OSHA arrives on site.
10.Documents and corrects safety violations in accordance with Company procedure.
