New machine operator looking to get into the machining industry, and get as much experience and knowledge as i can gain. I am a very fast learning and very hard working individual and very excited to gain as much knowledge as possible from a company that is willing to do training and take the time to let me show them how much i can learn. I learn better when i can work with my hands and actually see and feel what the machine is doing and how it operates. I want to learn more then just the machines i want to learn how the whole shop operates and also learn to do every job within the shop, so i can help with everything that is going on. I would love to learn more then just machine operator i would like to learn welding and also the softwear that go's along with the machines. i am looking for career growth in the machining industry and trying to learn and grow as much as possible.
