This is a fast paced beach restaurant which required constantly being on your feet, keeping an eye on your tables, multitasking times ten, and being constantly prepared for dozens of people and dozens of split checks. Duties ranged from opening and setting up restaurant, closing restaurant, counting drawers and safe, going to the bank, doing inventory, cooking, catering, customer service, dealing with any customer complaints, cleaning/restocking, prepping/making bulk, assigning jobs among coworkers, making sure everything that needed to be done got done that day, inquiring about guest satisfaction, checked in deliveries and signed off on products received, maintained professional at all times, including during peak rush hours, and quickly provided needed assistance to guests and coworkers whenever needed.
