As the sponsor for the Intel Demo Depot Center Production Team of 38 employees I led the team to a record $38M in yearly revenue bill back and provided fulfillment support for 150+ Intel sponsored events while retaining 100% cost recovery. In 2015 I was able to reduce system variance by 40%, reduce aging inventory by 5500+ units, slash production related event issues by 50%, and increase inventory accuracy over 20% of previous levels. I also charted the entire production flow for BC and LC activities. My imaging server improvement project yielded us a 400% increase in production capacity and netted over $30k savings during the first three months of operation.

Reduced customer quoting time by 105% and provided Program Manager support for one of our largest and key DDBC customers. I grew manufacturing and customer support from 500 to over 3k orders annually. This equates to yearly shipment growth to 24k+ units annually and a 520% overall growth in shipment volume during this time period.

I performed duties as an Electrical Design Engineer in the Glassbreak Alarm Sensors Group. Orcad and Spice software was used for circuit design development while PC Layout was used for SMT board design work.
My projects involved analog audio filter, amplifier, and digital microprocessor systems running on either Assembly or "C" programming. A major project included development of a new low current wireless glassbreak detector monitoring both seismic and acoustic information.

As an Electrical Engineer in New Product Development I was responsible for the electrical design of two of the four prototype vehicles. Electrical harness and interface devices to drive hydraulic/diesel or hydraulic/electric powered underground scoop-trams. These 7-10 ton capacity payload "loaders" interconnect with PLC logic, remote RF control, and clean air safety management systems.
My innovative ST700 cockpit design created an industry stir for it's "first in industry" ergonomic and safety oriented layout. Heavy utilization of Pro Engineer (Pro E) software design tools and working with a union based manufacturing workforce.
