Minister the Word of God to the congregation such that it illuminates Scripture, teaches sound doctrine, inspires towards Godly living, and encourages and motivates to follow the Lord Jesus Christ more fully.
To cast and implement a vision, and to evaluate and structure HCI to best achieve that vision; to identify and develop leaders amongst the congregation and equip them to carry out the work.

As Executive Assistant to the Bishop offered support to the Bishop; made travel arrangements, organized events/engagements, managed appointments and calendars, acted as driver, adjutant, and personal assistant.
As Program Coordinator was responsible for organizing and executing special events, conferences, and ordinations; invited, confirmed, and arranged travel for guests, spearheaded fund-raising efforts, oftentimes acted as Master of Ceremonies.
As Minister of Protocol ensured services ran smoothly by guiding leaders and troubleshooting.
As a Licensed Minister acted as Bible Study teacher and organizer; prepared and presented life-changing bible study messages that taught attendees how to apply biblical principles in their daily lives.
As Choir Director/President was responsible for providing leadership to the music department; chose, taught, and directed a variety of musical selections, scheduled and oversaw rehearsals, managed calender of events and engagements, and managed overall sound, appearance, and delivery of choirs.
