I am applying for a position within your company in the Production Department I have over ten years (10) experience as a senior Mechanical Technician/senior operations Technician and Safety lead and presently an Operations Superintendent overseeing BGTT,BHP Operations both offshore and onshore. I have strong technical skills and proficient in trouble shooting problems that involves assembly and disassembly of pumps of different makes and sizes, Turbines, gas and steam, Compressors of different makes sizes and processes, pressure vessels, strippers and exchangers , Laser shaft and bore internal alignment of turbines and compressors, precision instruments, reading and interpreting drawings and blue prints, Vibration analysis and balancing of rotors also assembly and disassembly of different types of seals and sealing systems ,boilers reformers downstream gas compression and synthesis of nitrogen and hydrogen in the production of ammonia, also upstream in the production oil and gas {condensate and crude}by gas compression and separation process. I have successfully provided support services to four Ammonia plants and one Urea plant and seven (7) offshore platforms, with a team, specializing in rotating equipment, Vessels, equipment care and monitoring, safety, Health and Environment.
