Engineering and Provisioning: Engineering of System Administration related solutions for various projects and operational needs.

Built VMware ESXi hosts, and convert physical servers to VMs using VMware vCenter Converter.
Built MS Hyper-V server and convert physical servers to VMs using Disk2vhd software.
Design and install ESXi hosts, vCenters.
Design and install VMs in both VMware and Hyper-V environments.
Operations and Support: Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media.
Create, change, and delete user accounts per request for both Windows and Linux environments.
Design, implement, maintain Veeam Backup and Replication servers.
Manage, configure, and install new firmware on new/existing firewalls/routers, managed switches, wireless access points and load balancers.
Perform Linux Administration duties on over 40 plus Linux production servers.
Design and built RedHat, CentOS, and Windows servers templates to later use in production.
Part of the team that manages 1,766 plus computers at 194 locations for over 98 clients.
Build and maintain numerous Fedora and Ubuntu distribution workstations.
Design and build client custom configuration and backup images for both Sonicwall and Fortigate routers.

Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required (both VMware and Hyper-V).
Troubleshooting and Disaster Recovery: Team Leader in disaster recovery operations.
Work with Veeam Backup and Recovery Engineers on Disaster Recovery operations.
Work with Microsoft Engineers on Disaster Recovery operations.
Design, create and implement Disaster Recovery operations.
