  • Work closely with Account Managers on settlement and project billing questions specific to Energy Resources & Marine & GPS Industries for 15-20 complex assigned accounts including timely invoicing, cash collection efforts, month end journal entries and accruals, and financial review/research.
  • Work with AR (Accounts Receivable) and ATR (Accounting-to-Reporting) departments on cash collection; on settlement related billing questions, and on month end closing questions for assigned accounts.
  • Participate in month-end revenue review and analysis of ERM and GPS regional (portfolio) revenue; preparing monthly client QA review file from Smartview-Essbase along with follow up report after meeting to stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance of IOL Help Mailbox providing customer service to wide variety of issues/questions received by mailbox.
  • Formatting month end reports to be used by department for billing, unbilled balance sheet reconciliation for assigned clients, intercompany transactions, credit balance payouts in Markview, and any other month end tasks/duties as assigned.   • Work with Account Managers and Senior Finance Director on new client contracts or amendments as related to settlement billing to assure proper revenue recognition and billing for services and products as agreed to per contract terms or which client is utilizing.
  • Work with Genpact team (offshored in India) to update project billing in Oracle for any contract changes or additions for assigned workload.
  • Responsible for monthly billing of Transocean, ($16.3M net revenue in 2016), largest ERM account and considered one of the top 5 CWT accounts at that time, from January 2011- March 2016 until Transocean changed travel providers.
  • Identified Oracle project billing month end errors and applied established department policies and procedures to resolve, at times in collaboration with both internal and external Finance teams.

  • Member of AR project team monitoring changes in cash receipts and collection processes due to transfer of certain cash functions offshore to Genpact (in India). (2017)
  • Assisted with integration of new regions into CWT billing systems in 2010 after major company acquisition in 2009.
