Take messages for all callers and visitors and provide the information to the intended recipient within 1 hour. Gather accurate information from visitors/callers to include correct name, number and nature of visit or call. Serve as point of contact for information for callers and visits. Assist by providing information, directing to an appropriate staff member or electronic site.
Check the commander's organizational mailbox at least every business day and forward information to appropriate command section staff and/or flight chiefs. * Maintain accurate calendar information for the commander and the
Deputy. I notify all attendees of times/locations and changes. Advise the command section immediately of changes for same-day meeting.
Match internal calendar with MSG calendar at least weekly to ensure accuracy and awareness of meetings. Work with MSG, BW, external and internal agencies to set up meetings.
Manage RSVPs for events such as ALS Graduations, and banquets, etc for the Commander, Deputy and Chief.
Maintain access and currency with all systems to include vPC. Remain current on procedures for in-processing, drug demand, evaluations and decorations.
Assisted in collecting, analyzing, and disseminating information on Federal taxation for economic and financial analysis, via the CITRIX system.

Applied freeze codes to the account to ensure erroneous refunds were not released and adjusted all necessary liabilities and civil penalties based on frivolous return assessments and/or conclusions.
