The interest that I have for this field is that while being in Customer Service I learned that you either love it or you hate it.
I happened to love the field. I got to be the person on the other end of the phone that could either use my skill as a provider or be just another person collecting a pay check. I chose to come to work, pick up that phone and treat the person on the other end of the phone like they were the only person around. I chose to reign on the situation until it was resolved or that there was nothing more that I could do and then seek assistance.
