In 2008 I received my CNA license while I was in highschool and worked at a nursing home. The following year I had my daughter and out my healthcare dreams on hold so this job would be a dream come true for me. I might not be trained or have the medical assistant license yet, but I'm willing to put in the work and learn.

I do book keeping, answer phones, make appointments. I help with payroll with business accounts. Do light cleaning. Help clients sign tax forms. I file paperwork. I also do alot of data entry for some of the accounts that we do. I keep my work area very organized and clean. I always deliver information to clients when they call and I am very friendly, they always tell my boss that! I always get my tasks done on time, and I am very reliable. I take payments from people who owe on account by cash, check, or card. I also maintain office safety by screening visitors and letting my boss know who is here and if they have an appointment or not.
This was a factory job. So I was on a line using tools to skin the skin off the pig bellies. I also would have to throw them. We had to work closely with team members so there was no accidents. I provided excellent service to this company, and was accident free. Clean up the pig fat off the floor and line. Go to safety meetings a lot. I was trained on the fork lift also. I worked second shift here. I liked it but at the time my daughter was younger and I missed out on a lot of things with her. So I found a job in the town we lived in at the time at Suzy Q's in Industry.
