  • In the capacity of employee benefit and payroll specialist attended commercial bank closings with FDIC closing teams, i.e.
  • bank assets totaling $3+ billion and staff of 1,000+.
  • Attend pre-closing meetings; identify payroll and employee benefits operations by evaluating data provided by pre-closing teams; provide information and write a portion of the strategic resolution plan; at closing and working with closing staff, attend meetings with closed bank staff and briefings with receiver in charge and closing manager; gather payroll and benefits information, notify third party administrators of bank's closure, obtain current and critical information about closing bank employee procedures; gather employee information as participants in banks' retirement plans as well as health and welfare plans.
  • Post-closing, research, compile, manipulate and evaluate data to prepare a variety of documents, management reports and presentations and prepare for termination of employee benefit plans.
