HR Planning & Organizational Design
· Oversaw a project plan to create a 10-person corporate team dedicated to handling transactional HR tasks that were previously processed on a divisional-level. Including but not limited to hiring, onboarding, HRIS and HR inquires and provide business support, etc.

· Created an innovative, well‐received tool for consolidated hiring information to be accessed in one location.
