Ensure daily line coverage by monitoring daily attendance and developing and tracking daily job rotation. Support associate needs including repair and rework online. Conduct offline rework. Create and update Standardized Worksheets. Conduct daily Start-Up Meetings to communicate cost center issues.
Recommended and executed quality improvements for production and product quality. Maintain 6S standards.

SC Inspect each vehicle based on DYNAP. Specify quality issues and communicate to Section Leader and Process Supporter. Use IPSQ to enter and close out defects written up in inspection card.
