  • Pages Monetization ­ Pages signify one of the biggest sources of high quality advertisers for the SMB org.
  • Although there are 100mn+ Pages, the average time-to-monetization is at ~11 months.
  • Aligning closely with Product strategy, I devised and led a scaled advertiser onboarding experiment with an attempt to bring down the time-to-advertise.
