Get to work on time. Get tools and material needed to complete the job for the day. We would need tools such as Saws Concrete Drills Tube Cutters Torches B-Tanks Hoses and Fire Extinguisher. We would use materials such as several lengths of copper Pipes 45's Elbows Couplings Ball valves Reducers Pipe Dope Flux Soldering Brazing Rod and Ladders. We also needed permits such as Fire Guard and Hot work permits to get the job done or we could get kicked off the job for safety reasons. I would put up hangers to run the pipe so we could level it. Then we would solder it braze it cap it or drain it. What ever the plan shows. Then we would connect the pipe to other pipelines or heating and chill water machines with zero leaks. As a daily task.

I would unload trucks put the material to the back of shop. Then we would load up the trucks with the material that needs to be delivered to the crews that morning. After we put away the material we would pull orders. So we could load them on the trucks when they get back later. I would build prefabrications to go with orders such as mixing boards oil lubes water perches strainers and more. I would take orders from the foreman then go pick them up from the suppliers. Sometimes I would deliver them if they needed it that day. I would receive deliveries from suppliers and check them to make sure the orders are right. Sometimes material would get back ordered. And its all about getting the materials to the job sites. At times deliveries could cost about $250,000 more or less. We would send out different supplies such as: Plumbing supplies Electrical supplies Heating and Cooling supplies, And all sorts of pipe. Copper pipe Black pipe Electrical pipe Heavy Duty Valves Flanges Welding machines Core drills Threading machines Paint sprayers you name it. And get it done within 8-10 hrs that day.
I would get to work early. Pick up my manifest to see what stops I have to be delivered. Make sure the truck is loaded right. From the front of the truck to back of the truck the packages have to be in order. Then I would make sure all the stops are put on the truck. Then I would give a vehicle inspection and set up my scanner to record the van miles before I leave. Then I would fuel up the truck and start my route for the day. I would be driving picking up packages and delivering them at the same time and getting signatures all through out the day.
I would go to roll call to see what is expected and what's to be done for that shift. They'll brief us on what to look out for, and tell us what post and perimeters we're being assign to for that shift. Then we'll receive all equipment needed. Such as radios scanners logs and keys for the tour vehicles. Then we would do a vehicle inspection, report all damage to the vehicle. Record the vehicle mileage, fuel levels and the tire pressure. Then log it down and head to our post. At the post we would check ID's and give vehicle escorts. Sometimes we would patrol perimeters, assist patrons with lost vehicles and give them jump starts. We would repeat these activities for the whole tour and log down all activity that happened on that tour.

At the post we would check bank perimeters and make sure they're secure. Sometimes we would get dispatch to a different bank location. Just to check out the alarm system at that location to make sure the bank is secure. Then we would patrol these perimeters through out the tour for 8-10hrs until the tour was over.
