To obtain the position of Warehouse Team Lead with Peloton, while applying my knowledge and experience to become a valuable asset and leader within the company.
Since I was in my youth, I have always been a leader and a team player. Whether I was playing sports or managing a large number of employees, I would always find it within myself to excel in extraordinary situations. I feel that I am a dedicated individual who proves himself everyday on the job by working hard, never being late and taking pride in the quality of work I produce. I have proven through experience that I excel while handling high-stress situations under pressure by keeping my composure, thinking on my feet and professionally handling and overcoming any obstacle as they come. While in the field, I possess situational awareness and can accelerate or decelerate situations successfully and efficiently when necessary. While involved in intense situations, I exercise sound judgement and shine when things are at their worst.
I am a proactive individual who likes to stay busy. Froma supervisory standpoint, I have always led by positive example through honest hard working ethics. Earning, not demanding the respect of my peers and subordinates has always been of upmost importance to me.
I have proven that I can handle excessive responsibility, multitask and maintain a high level of productivity in conjunction with my basic job responsibilities.
As your Warehouse Team Leader, I will exercise the aforementioned ethics and skills from a supervisory standpoint and always be a team player within your organization.
