  • Store or dispose of obsolete files when appropriate.
  • Prepare hemodialysis records for the following day's activity.
  • Chart, post, and file appropriate information.
  • Prepare lab slips and tubes for routine and non-routine blood work Centrifuge the blood or refrigerate according to laboratory specifications after the draw is completed Pack the box for shipment and then direct these to the appropriate laboratory as required.
