My role as a operations supervisor are very similar to my previous position as alternate center leadership. Differences to be expected
were taking the role of center delegate for CC-19 collection program. Which I have enjoyed tremendously and expanded my experience. Completing unsuitable test results, initiating and completing DTS records. Sending touch point texts to applicable donors. Updating attendance binder with calls outs and tardies for all line staff. Receiving center supplies both AOSS and center donation softgoods. Preparing FIFOS for all applicable supplies. Daily review in DRM for resolution of pending donor complaints. Submitting Maximo tickets for any needed center repairs. Sending out daily shift reports to management. Host effective lead meetings on a weekly basis. Cultivated and strengthened
positive relationships with line staff, and donors. And most of all have a servant leadership mentality. I have been very fortunate to truly enjoy what I do and the life saving products that we proudly help produce.
My current title is Donor Center Specialist, I have been singed off for Alternate Center Leadership in 2019. The role that I carry out on every day basis is supervise and coordinate the efforts of center staff to manage donor flow. Work in production areas as required while still maintaining ability to manage donor center flow. Actively communicate with area leads and line staff to monitor and support their needs. Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of necessary records are performed. Closing center and insuring all closing duties have been performed by line staff in all areas. Identifying center and staff issues throughout the center, taking the appropriate steps to correct them.
